My Kent Big Weekend in Pictures

If you are lucky enough to be awarded tickets to My Kent Big Weekend in the ballot, why not enter our Big Weekend photo competition and have the chance to make even more than a weekend of it?

There are fantastic prizes on offer this year including two English Heritage memberships for a year for two people, and special free passes to a host of top visitor attractions across the county.

To enter the competition, simply log into the My Kent website (using the same account details as you used to apply for/claim your Big Weekend tickets) and search for the venue you visited or your photograph is of. If the venue has not already been 'discovered' on My Kent, be the first to 'discover' the venue and tell everyone about the wonderful time you had at that venue. You can easily upload your photographs (300dpi minimum) from Big Weekend on the venue page.

The photographs will be judged in two categories: People – capturing you, your friends and family having a great time; and Places – pictures to inspire other people to visit your destination.

The winners – first, second and third in each category – will be selected by Courier Media Group chief photographer Gary Francis.

The competition closes on Monday 30th April 2012. Winners will be notified by email no later than 14 days after the closing date.
